Egg-Whites Cookies

Egg-whites cookies :

 

 

Take 16 OZ liquid egg whites
Scoop of vanilla cream whey protein isolate
( I used BodyFortress )
Whip egg whites by mixer and later when it is thick mass
Add slowly protein powder.


In preheated oven put for 10 min ( t 350)d oven put for 10 min ( t 350)

Chocolate Oat Pie

In a bowl pour one cup of oatmeal, two tablespoons of coconut flour, 3 whole eggs, or half a small pack of egg whites, two servings of protein, a tablespoon unsweetened cocoa, half cup of Greek yogurt, stevia to taste, grated unsweetened chocolate, one teaspoon of baking soda. To taste, you can add sliced apples or coconut or nuts or berries. Mix everything and add water, but not too much liquid. Pour the contents into a baking pan and bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes (t 350).Take out from the oven and allow to cool down a little bit. Bon appetite!!!

Ice Cream Yogurt Sticks

Ice - cream yogurt sticks

very easy, low cal, superhealthy

Ingredients (10 sticks):
150 g low fat Greek yogurt (I used Fage)
150 g blueberries
Sweetener (I used stevia)
10 skewers

Directions:
Put the blueberries on the skewers.
Mix the sweetener and the low fat Greek yogurt together.
Cover the blueberry skewers with low fat Greek yougurt.
Place in the freezer for a few hours.
Serve and enjoy.

Chicken Nuggets

Chicken Nuggets

Preparation time: 10 minutes


Ingredients for 3 servings :
4 chicken fillets ;
2 egg yolks
4 tablespoons of oat bran ;
salt and pepper.

Cut the chicken in small flat squares the size of a conventional nuggets .

In a separate bowl whisk the egg yolks mix . Salt and pepper to taste. Dip chicken pieces in egg mixture , then in the bran for breading . Fry without oil in a frying pan with non-stick coating , untill nuggets will turn white.
